What is UX?

UX, or User Experience, is the process of improving user satisfaction by improving how easy it is for users to achieve their goals. UX strategies are focused on usability and accessibility, meaning they are concerned with making sure that users can easily interact with a product or service without having to spend time learning the interface. UX strategies also focus on ensuring that an app is accessible for all kinds of users, including those who may be disabled by visual impairment or limited mobility.

UX articles discuss how to design, develop or implement an app. These include development best practices, common mistakes to avoid, and UI mockups. UX topics are often discussed in the context of user needs, user experience design process, or usability testing.
