As a newly-referred customer, here’s what you can earn based on your payment of your first invoice to Crowdbotics:

Crowdbotics Referral Program Terms

The Crowdbotics Referral Program (the “Program”) allows an existing Crowdbotics customer (as a “Referrer”) to earn rewards in the form of cash or Crowdbotics credits when a qualifying new Crowdbotics customer (a “Referred Customer,” as further defined below) makes its first payment as a result of a qualifying purchase from Crowdbotics via a referral link provided by Crowdbotics to Referrer. The Referred Customer receives the same reward. Both the Referrer and the Referred Customer are subject to the Crowdbotics Referral Program Terms, as well as the Crowdbotics Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

‍Qualified Purchase. A “Qualified Purchase” is a purchase made from Crowdbotics by a new customer--i.e., not a person or entity who is a current or former customer of Crowdbotics or who is affiliated with any current or former customer of Crowdbotics—who purchases Crowdbotics products or services via a referral link provided by Crowdbotics to the Referrer and who pays its first Crowdbotics invoice (a “Referred Customer”).

‍Exclusions. The Program is intended to reward Referrers for bringing legitimate new customers to Crowdbotics. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person or entity and cannot be affiliated with each other through any legal or business relationship. For example, a Referrer cannot be an owner, employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of a Referred Customer or of any affiliate of a Referred Customer.

‍Referral Rewards. To earn referral rewards, the Referred Customer must pay a first invoice of at least $10,000 for Crowdbotics products and services, not including any amounts paid for taxes, reimbursable expenses, or third-party fees. If the Referred Customer receives a refund of any amount paid on this first invoice, Crowdbotics may request that Referrer and Referred Customer reimburse Crowdbotics for any referral rewards issued to each of them, and both Referrer and Referred Customer will promptly do so.

‍Reward Payments. Rewards issued as Crowdbotics credits will be applied to the account of Referrer and/or Referred Customer, as applicable, and may be used on current or future projects with Crowdbotics. Rewards issued as cash payouts will be issued once per quarter with a payment method or platform of Crowdbotics’ choosing. Recipients of Program rewards are responsible for any resulting tax liability.

‍Referral Links. A referral link from Crowdbotics is intended to be used by a Referrer only to refer potential customers known to Referrer, not to publish to the world. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites such as coupon websites, LinkedIn, Reddit, or similar websites not directed to people or entities known to Referrer. In addition, Referrers are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations and from any paid or unpaid advertisement that includes a Program referral link. This includes (a) mass emailing, texting, or messaging anyone that Referrer does not know to be interested in Crowdbotics, and (b) using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute a Program referral link.

‍Rights of Crowdbotics. All Program rewards are issued at Crowdbotics’ discretion. Crowdbotics reserves the right to withhold rewards, close or suspend Crowdbotics accounts, terminate or suspend anyone’s participation in the Program, and/or demand refunds of Program rewards previously paid for any reason, including without limitation if Referrer and/or a Referred Customer (a) breaches any of these Program Terms or the Crowdbotics Terms of Service or (b) engages in any conduct that is or appears to be inappropriate, unethical, a conflict of interest, or a violation of any law. Crowdbotics’ maximum aggregate liability to any Referrer or Referred Customer arising from or relating to the Program is limited to the Program rewards previously paid to the applicable Referrer or Referred Customer, and Crowdbotics has no further liability to any Referrer or Referred Customer under these Program Terms.

‍Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Crowdbotics reserves the right to cancel the Program or to change these Program Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed or unspent Program referral rewards are forfeited at that time.
